The Hulu app is available now through the Store and it packs all the streaming features you will find on other devices (e.g., connected TVs, game consoles, tablets, and phones), in addition to specific features for Windows 10, including voice control using Cortana integration and Live Tile support. Hulu was always available on Windows through the web experience and through the modern app for Windows 8.1, but the new app aims to offer a better experience to what Windows users have seen in the past. As expected, the Hulu app features a responsive design that adapts to any screen — that being on your PC, tablet, or phone –. With Cortana integration, you can easily launch the app by simply saying, “Hey Cortana, Hulu play Arrow”. If you’re playing the TV show for the first time, Hulu automatically will start playing the first episode. If you’re already into a show, you can use the same command and the app will continue playing where you left off.
You can pin the Hulu Live Tile to the Start menu to get new updates and to help you discover new content and simply stay up to date with your shows. Keep in mind that you can download and install the Hulu app, but you will either need to be a paid member or you can use the free trial period to actually use the service.
Hulu for Windows 10 is a universal app, which means that it’s supported on PC, laptop, tablet, or even on your Windows 10 Mobile phone.
