Windows Hello in combination with new special infrared cameras will immediately scan your face and let you into Windows 10. But in order for everything to work you’ll need a new Intel RealSense 3D camera, as regular webcams won’t working with Windows Hello. This means that virtually every computer out in the market before the release of Windows 10 won’t support the new security feature out-of-the-box. If you’re not buying a new Windows 10 PC and you want this new fancy facial recognition feature, you can buy a RealSense camera for $99 that you can find at Intel’s website. Technically, Intel is aiming its new camera for developers, but anyone can buy one to use Windows Hello in Windows 10. Now, if you’re planning to purchase a new Windows 10 machine, Intel has revealed a list of computers that will be fully compatible with Windows Hello:
