From IFA 2013 consumers electronic show in Berlin, we seen many PC makers showcasing new Windows 8 devices this week like Panasonic’s TouchPad 4K tablet, Lenovo’s Yoga 2 Pro, ThinkPad Yoga, and Flex, and HP’s new Envy Recline line PCs, many of which are available now and others that will be available later this year. Perhaps one of the biggest tech news this week was Microsoft’s acquisition of Nokia’s devices & services vision for $7.2 billion. Deals that gets Microsoft the rights to use many Nokia patents, mapping service, the phone business, 32K employees, and a few execs, including former Nokia CEO, Stephen Elop. Finally we have a date!
