Microsoft unveils that Windows 10 version 1803 (Spring Creators Update) will include a new AI platform built-in to help developers to build smarter applications. Windows 10 build 17115, part of the Redstone 4 (version 1803) development, rolls out to testers in the Fast and Slow rings without known issues, privacy settings changes, and more. Also, Windows 10 build 17618, part of the Redstone 5 (version 1809) development releasing in October 2018, rolled out this week to testers in the Fast ring using the Skip Ahead option with the re-introduction with Sets, which brings a lot of improvements including support for desktop applications. Microsoft finally is bringing tabs to File Explorer, the new change is now available for participants in the Windows Insider Program, and tabs are expected to arrive with Windows 10 version 1809. Windows 10 update KB4090913 releases for devices running the Fall Creators Update (version 1709) bumping the build number to 16299.251, and it fixes a problem causing peripherals to stop working during Windows Update. The software giant announces that will be retiring “Windows 10 S” as standalone product, and it’ll introduce a “S Mode” to all versions of Windows 10 free of charge. Cortana is getting updated to respond to just “Cortana,” instead of using the “Hey Cortana” voice command. Debian and Kali Linux distributions are now available for download on Windows 10 through the Microsoft Store. In addition, this week, Microsoft opened the pre-order for the Surface Pro with LTE at the Microsoft Store for regular consumers.
