Windows 10 build 18361, according to the company, is a minor update that only includes two fixes to address issues with virtual machines, and it resolves a BitLocker problem. In addition, Windows 10 build 18356.16 is now also releasing in the Slow ring as cumulative update KB4494123, and it’s designed to continue testing the servicing mechanism for larger updates.
