Windows 10 build 18362, according to the company, is just a minor update that doesn’t introduce new features or changes. However, it’s a significant release because it’s the first time throughout the 19H1 development that the Slow and Fast ring have the save build number. Usually, when both rings have the same build indicates that the feature update is almost finalized, but without some last-minute patches. If true, it also means that soon we could be seeing a build in the Release Preview ring. However, this time around there’s a chance of multiple releases in this preview before version 1903 becoming available to the masses. As for the improvements, this flight includes all the same fixes and the same build in the Fast ring.
