Build 21359 adds a new “Restart apps after signing in” option in the Start power menu settings to quickly decide whether apps should restart automatically after signing in. The “Ease of Access” category in the Settings app has been renamed to “Accessibility.” Also, the Ebrima font has been updated to support Bamum characters (Unicode block U+A6A0 to U+A6FF), and the Nirmala UI font family ships with an update that improves how the Chakma characters are displayed when combined. Starting with build 21359, as part of the Timeline changes, Windows 10 will no longer sync activities to the cloud, but the feature will continue to work locally. As a result of this change, you will no longer see the “Send my activity history to Microsoft” in the “Activity history” settings page. As for fixes shipping with this flight, Windows 10 build 21359 addresses a bug with HDR and a problem with the new “Auto HDR” feature. Microsoft is fixing account migration during an upgrade. It addresses a few problems with Windows Update, Action Center, Miracast, network connection in “Identifying…” state, brightness controls, low frame rate in games, black screen, and more. Windows 10 build 21359 also ships with some improvements for Camera settings support. For example, the settings page now correctly shows supported settings for specific cameras, and on ARM-based devices, the settings page should no longer crash unexpectedly. Microsoft is listing the complete set of improvements, fixes, and known issues for Windows 10 Insider Preview build 21359 at the Windows Blog.
